I had a little issue or question with my order, nothing huge, and I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day, which felt a little slow in the moment, but they were really nice and explained things in a way that made sense. I don’t know, I just left feeling good about it overall. Not perfect, but they helped me get it sorted, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from newport-pleasure.com and later tried to figure out how their returns work, but the return policy was nottt easy to understand. I had to click around way too much just to find basic stuff like how many days you have, what can actually be returned, and who pays for shipping. Maybe the info is somewhere on the site, but it definitely wasn’t obvious. As a new customer, that made me feel unsure and it was just kind of frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Was hoping it’d be fresher"
I ordered from Newport Pleasure the freshness just wasn’t really there for me. Some of it seemed fine, but a few things tasted kind of stale, and there was this off smell too... not sure. Delivery itself was okay, so maybe it had been sitting around before it shipped or something. For what I paid, I just expected a bit better. It wasn’t awful, just... not as fresh as I hoped.

"Felt Like a Bait and Switch"
I’m not sure this was legit. The item just felt off when it arrived, and it didn’t really match what I thought I was getting. It kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling. I reached out to support hoping they’d clear things up, but their answers were vague and didn’t make me feel any better about it.

"Stock info wasn’t accurate"
It said the items were in stock, so I went ahead and placed the order. Then after checking out and waiting, I was told they actually weren’t available. Frustrating, honestly. They really need to make it clear what’s actually in stock before people go through the whole payment process.

Not gonna lie, the site worked okay when I placed my order, but the confirmation email left me a bit unsure. It didn’t show enough details, so I had to double-check that everything actually went through correctly. After paying, I’d expect the order info to be easier to understand. Just wasn’t the most reassuring experience.

"Easy payment, PayPal worked"
Payment was straightforward, and I was able to use PayPal, which I liked. I’m always a bit wary when companies use a lot of shiny, polished wording to make everything sound perfect, but in this case the checkout itself was simple and did what it was supposed to do

"Definitely Not Worth It"
I ordered one of their products i knew right away it wasn’t going to be good. It felt cheap the second I took it out of the box. The material was super thin, the seams looked rough, and it didn’t look nearly as nice as it did in the photos. After just a few uses, it was already starting to show wear, which pretty much confirmed it for me. For the price, I was 100% expecting something better. Definitely disappointed and I absolutely wouldn’t buy from them again

"Pretty reliable, though nothing amazing"
I ordered from Newport Pleasure and, to be fair, the delivery went smoothly. It showed up on the day they said it would, although it was a little later in the day than I was expecting. The tracking worked fine enough, and the packaging was decent with nothing missing. I’m giving 4 stars because they did what they promised, even if I wouldn’t exactly call it super fast or impressive.

I had a good experience with Newport Pleasure overall. Their replies were clear, and they answered all my questions without making me feel like I was waiting for ages. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because one message took a little longer than I expected, but the communication was still easy, friendly, and way smoother than most places.

"Didn’t feel great about the privacy side!!!"
I only used the site once, but I couldn’t find clear info on how my data was being handled!!! The cookie pop-up was annoying, and trying to change the settings wasn’t exactly easy either!!! Maybe everything is totally fine, but it just gave me a bit of a weak privacy vibe. I didn’t really feel that safe using it!!!

"Quick delivery, but the damaged box was a letdown"
The delivery got here fast, and thankfully the item itself was fine. Still, I was a bit disappointed to see the box had a dent on one corner when it arrived. Nothing inside was damaged, so it worked out, but I do wish the packaging had been handled a little better...

I was about to place the order, had it all in my cart and everything, but then the shipping showed up at checkout and I was like, yeah, no. It felt kind of ridiculous paying that much just to get it delivered. I left it sitting there because, I mean, I liked the item, but not enough to pay that extra.

"Showed up fast, even if tracking was weird"
I ordered this on Monday and somehow it was at my door by Thursday, which surprised me. At first I kept checking the tracking and it wasn’t really updating, so I was starting to think, did it even leave yet? But then it just showed up, packed fine and everything was okay. Kind of funny because the delivery was quicker than I expected, but the tracking made it feel slower in my head. Taking off one star for that part, but overall it was a smooth order.
